ILONA is an Oregon, USA, born Music Producer and DJ. Now based in the U.K she regularly plays at Egg London, Ushuaia Ibiza, and is part of the resurgence of Shoom, the legendary Acid House events. Her monthly DJ show on Kult FM has just been announced, sitting alongside regulars Dave Clarke and Christian Smith.
ILONA is ready to unleash her first wave of music, yet to be released. Expect to hear from this rising star an accomplished, and very mature style. Her take on Techno is an exciting mix of throbbing baselines, classy arpeggiation, gritty atmospherics, psychedelic melodies, unique samples, (she loves field recording) and crunchy hooks, that mirrors the woman that’s produced it.
