DYNAMIC duo Solardo have been leading the charge for UK house music for a number of years now.

They are currently riding high with new release Rollercoaster with Love Regenerator (AKA Calvin Harris).

With their labels Sola and Sola Nauts also continuing to unleash incendiary dance floor moments throughout 2020 and this year it’s great now to be able to hear a lot of these tracks as they were intended on booming sound systems.

We caught up with Solardo ahead of their recent Halloween show at The Warehouse Project and asked them to talk us through a playlist of absolute belters that are doing the business for them right now including the new single with Calvin.

Love Regenerator and Solardo – Rollercoaster

“We recently teamed up with the big man and legend that is Calvin Harris AKA Love Regenerator for this EP. Was absolutely class working with him and we’re so excited to get it out there as it bangs!”

Wade – Superazzid

“New on our label Sola – this is a proper belter. Wade is an incredible producer and we’re massive fans of his, we released a track back in April with him and he’s just gone from strength to strength.”

Ben Walsh featuring Leah Rose – Freedom

“Ben Walsh is an up & coming UK producer who we’ve been really feeling at the moment, his track ‘Freedom’ has been really going off in our sets, proper rolling Tech House vibe.”

Mason Maynard featuring Gene Farris – Make It Hot

“We love this from Mason, he’s really developing a unique sound for himself and it’s great to see. Everywhere we’ve played this it’s literally lived up to its name.”

Solardo and Maur – Power

“Maur are two class producers who we’ve recently signed to our label Sola, so it felt only right that we come together and collaborate on a tune. No pun intended, we wanted to make something powerful, and that would work for the clubs & festivals, and we’re buzzing with the outcome. This ones out now.

Inner City – Good Life (Inner City Edit of Carl Craig Extended Remix)

“One of our all time favourite records. The vocal and the synths on this are immediately recognisable, while Carl Craig has put a euphoric twist with his remix. We’ve been closing our sets over the past month or so and it’s been doing the business on every dance floor.”

Chemical Soldiers – Beautiful People

“Will never forget the first time I heard this track. I was at The Warehouse Project many years back, and there was no chance I was leaving without finding out what this record was!”

Little Fritter – Ooh La La

“Another one on our label Sola comes from our Australian brother Little Fritter. This track is emphatic and never fails anywhere we play it, it’s an absolute monster.”

Bryan Kessler – Hi Hats Like Fantastic Four

“Bryan Kessler is a producer we’re really feeling since his releases on Get Physical, and more recently Pets Recordings and Trick. But this one is massive, it’s got a super intense build up and an incredible drop.”

Nu Birth – Anytime

“Had to include this to round off our playlist. Coming from an era where garage music was so prominent, this is one of, if not, the greatest garage tracks of all time in our opinion!”
